1. Data controller

Your personal data is controlled by Meblotechnica Mikołaj Goździkowski, NIP (Polish tax ID) 9542917432. Contact for data matters: kontakt@meblotechnica.pl, phone +48 889 706 079.

2. What data I process and why

When you send the contact form, call or email me, I process the data you provide: your name, phone number or email address, city and the content of your message.

I do this to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, i.e. to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If we sign a contract, the data will be processed to perform it and to meet tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

3. How long I keep data

Data from enquiries that did not lead to a contract is kept for up to 12 months from our last contact. Data related to a signed contract is kept for the period required by tax law and until any claims become time-barred.

4. Who receives the data

Data may be shared with service providers I use to run the website and correspondence: Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (forwarding form messages to my email) and Google (email service). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is based on mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

I do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email kontakt@meblotechnica.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or email address I cannot reply to your enquiry.

6. Cookies and statistics

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. To count visits, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or identify individual visitors.

7. Changes

If I change how data is processed, I will update this page and the date at the top.
